2020 Yardley Harvest Day
This year's event is on September 26, 2020. It began as a celebration of the Borough, along with crafters, entertainment and food, an event for the whole family. The event attracts as many as 15,000 attendees, which include both area residents and visitors.  It is an excellent opportunity to promote your business. Sponsors receive a 10" x 10" space at the event to promote their business as well as many other benefits as noted on the Sponsorship/Advertising contract.

Yardley Harvest Day is almost sold out.

Below is a list of sponsorship opportunities and their costs. Please let me know asap if you are interested in any of the sponsorships. Sponsorships are reserved on a first come, first served basis.

Tote Bag Sponsorship - Your company logo, web address and phone number printed on 5,000 tote bags that are distributed to attendees of the event. You will have a 10x10 space. We provide a table and two chairs. You will be recognized on the www.YardleyHarvestDay.com website and receive social media shoutouts as the Balloon Twister sponsor. Cost is $1,750.

Balloon Twister Sponsorship – You will have a 10x10 space. We provide a table and two chairs for you to promote your products and services. You will be recognized on the www.YardleyHarvestDay.com website and receive social media shoutouts as the Balloon Twister sponsor. Cost is $850.

Calendar Sponsorship - 5,000 calendars are distributed prior to the event and to attendees of Yardley Harvest Day. Each sponsor receives a color advertisement within the calendar measuring 10.09 inches wide x 7.625 inches high. Choose which month you would like to feature your business! In addition, you will also receive a 10x10 space. We provide a table and two chairs for you to promote your products and services. You will be recognized on the www.YardleyHarvestDay.com website and receive social media shoutouts as the Balloon Twister sponsor. Cost is $1400.

Payment (checks only) must be received within 2 weeks of commitment of sponsorship and advertising.
